Chief's Report - Alex Allen

~22 months as Chief, the lodge has made a lot of progress. Lots of work to be done in 2010.

Vice Chief Reports

~Secretary - James Lovallo (Not Present) Standing Braves are on schedule.

~Service - Matt Allen Take ownership of camp, meaningful service projects, fall fellowship

~Ceremonies - Vacant Bruce Bianchi resigned, new ceremonies regalia.

~Treasurer - Eric Simmons Explanations of payments "Order of the Arrow - BSA" was for NLS/NLATS

~Membership - Chris Conrad Current paid dues is 69 members, 100 have not paid dues

~Trading Post - Ian Boden Trading Post needs repairs after broken pipes, will sell out of dining hall for klondike

~Elections - Tom Casaceli 6 elections conducted, 3 more planned.

Lodge Flaps

~Jamboree/2010 Lodge Flap design approved by Jambo troop, to be purchased by lodge and reimbursed by oa participants

Section C-2A

~DeCourcy - Presentation is done, need members to attend for voting

~Fundraising Assignment - patch donations, etc.

~ Ceremonies Workshop - 5 attending (youth)

~March 14th COC - need attendance for DSLA and DeCourcy

Unit Elections

~Need to schedule more elections

FOS/Endowment Gifts

~ $1000 for Endowmen (when name received)

~ $250 for FOS | Motion by Tom Casaceli, Second by Andre Wassenberg, motion passed
