Minutes of March 13 Leadership Meeting

 

9am - Obligation

Secretary - James Lovallo, Not Present, submit articles soon

Service - Steven Lichota, Ranger has work ideas which are mainly building repairs

Ceremonies - Ian Boden, Workshop went well last sunday. New regalia needed

Treasurer - Eric Simmons, not present. Submitted funds report

Membership - Chris Conrad, over 100 arrowmen have paid dues. Around 30 ordeal candidates

Trading Post - Randy Maxfield, not present. Repairs underway, complete renovation at Spring Conclave

 

Lodge Flaps - Jambo flaps are ordered, need to dispose of 600 extras at office

Reimbursed $71.57 to Mr. Lesinski for drywall/etc. Motion by Alex Allen, Second by Andre Wassenberg, motion passed.

Section C-2A - COC, Conclave, Fundraising.

Tile Floor in Trading Post, motion by Steven Lichota, second by Andre Wassenberg, motion passed

Approved list of James E. West names and amount of $1,000. Name to be picked from list by Lodge Chief and Scout Exec at later date.
